PLAYER POLICY

LAST UPDATED 2026-07-14

Summary

Super Syndicate online is a two-player game between friends. The game is the priority; chat is a small courtesy attached to each game. Play fair, keep chat civil, and report anything that crosses the line.

Accounts

  • Online mode is intended for players aged 13 or older. Local play needs no account and sends no data.
  • You play as a guest with no email. Your identity lives in a browser cookie; clearing it loses that identity.
  • You may optionally attach an email later to keep your identity across devices. We never store passwords.
  • Your username is public (opponents, leaderboard). Your email is private and never shown to other players.
  • We store only what the game needs: username, optional email, game history, leaderboard metrics. We do not sell or share this data.

Game Chat Rules

  • Chat is scoped to a single game. Only the two players can read or write it. No global chat, no private messages.
  • Each player gets at most 50 messages per game, one every 2 seconds, up to 280 characters, plain text only.
  • Reopening a finished game shows its old chat. Chat is deleted with the game.
  • Not allowed: harassment or threats, hate speech, spam, sharing personal information, links or advertising, impersonation.

Reporting & Enforcement

  • Use the report option on a game or a specific message. Reports are confidential and reviewed by the developers.
  • Submitting false reports to harass another player is itself a violation.
  • Depending on severity we may warn the account, mute chat, remove it from the leaderboard, or restrict/delete it.
  • We may remove any chat message or game at our discretion.

Fair Play & Data

  • One account per player per game; no playing both sides; no bots or automation.
  • Game records (moves, results, ratings) are kept for history, replays and the leaderboard.
  • By sending chat messages you accept they are visible to your opponent and reviewable if reported.
  • This policy may change as online mode evolves; material changes will be noted in-app.

Ads & Data

  • Ads appear only in the offline vs-AI game — never during online play and never mid-match: a small banner on the difficulty/vs-AI select screen, and one optional rewarded video offered at the end of an offline AI game (win or lose), which you choose whether to watch.
  • Ads are served by Google AdMob only; we use no other ad network.
  • The game and its ads target a general audience aged 3 and up — capped at Google's General (G) ad-content rating, with sensitive categories (gambling, alcohol, dating, etc.) blocked. Ads to younger players request non-personalized delivery, so no ad profile is built from a child's activity. This is separate from the 13+ minimum for creating an online account above — you can be younger and play offline against the AI.
  • Showing an ad means Google collects a device/advertising identifier and basic technical data (device type, general region) to select and measure that ad; we do not receive or store this data ourselves. See Google's own Privacy & Terms for how they handle it.
  • Where required (e.g. EU users), you're shown a consent choice before any personalized ad is requested; declining falls back to non-personalized ads.
  • We never ask you to click an ad. Rewarded videos are always opt-in, and the game is fully playable end to end if you skip every ad.

Payments & Premium

  • The game offers one optional subscription, Premium: no ads, and creating online games is always free (no coins needed). Two plans — monthly or yearly — with the exact price always shown before you confirm.
  • All payment is handled by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. We store only your subscription status: which plan, its state, and the date it's paid through.
  • Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for — cancelling never cuts you off early.
  • Subscribing happens in the Android app. Your Premium status follows your account everywhere, including the web version.
  • A purchase is confirmed with Google's servers before Premium activates; reinstalling or switching devices restores it via RESTORE PURCHASES or automatically on sign-in with your email.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel the Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions as well, or Google will keep charging for a subscription no account is using.
  • Free players are never charged anything: the free tier needs no payment details at all.

Account Deletion

Full instructions live on the delete account page. In short: email [email protected] — from your attached email address, or (for guest accounts) include your username and, if possible, a game code from one of your games so we can verify the account is yours. Within 30 days we delete the account, its email, sessions, and chat messages; finished games are anonymized so opponents keep their history and the leaderboard stays consistent. You do not need the app installed to make this request — this page and the email address work from any browser.
