How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
2. If you attached an email to your account, send the request from that address — that alone verifies you own the account.
3. If you play as a guest (no email), include your username and, if possible, a game code from one of your games so we can verify the account is yours.

We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

What is deleted

• Your account and username
• Your email address
• All your sign-in sessions
• All your chat messages
• Your leaderboard entry

What is kept, and for how long

• Finished game records (moves and results) are kept but anonymized — your identity is removed, so your former opponents keep their game history and the leaderboard stays consistent.
• No other data is retained. Deletion, including the items above, completes within 30 days of your verified request.
• Premium subscribers: deleting your account does not cancel the Google Play subscription — cancel it yourself in Google Play → Subscriptions, or Google will keep charging for a subscription no account is using.
